Betting should be a source of entertainment, not stress or anxiety. 578bd believes every player has the right to play responsibly — and we're here to support you every step of the way.
Keep in Mind: Betting is for entertainment only. 578bd wants you to stay in control at all times. If you feel something is wrong, reach out to us right away.
For 578bd, responsible gaming isn't just about following rules — it's at the core of what we believe. We think betting can be a genuinely enjoyable form of entertainment, as long as it's approached with the right mindset. But when it starts affecting other areas of life — family, work, finances — it's no longer entertainment.
At 578bd, every player's wellbeing and safety matters more to us than profit. That's why we've built tools and features designed to keep your experience mindful, in control, and enjoyable.
Responsible gaming means the decisions about how much time and money you spend always stay in your hands. 578bd is simply here to help you make those decisions.
578bd's Core Principles: Play for entertainment, not to escape your problems. Don't chase your losses with more bets.
It's not always easy to recognize when betting habits are becoming a problem. If any of the signs below sound familiar, it may be time to take action:
If you notice even one of the signs above, don't wait — contact 578bd support or activate self-exclusion yourself.
578bd offers a range of powerful tools to help you stay in control of your betting. Use them to decide for yourself how much you play.
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits cannot be increased easily.
Betting will automatically stop once you reach a set loss amount. Keep your financial losses in check.
Decide in advance how long you want to play each day. When the limit is reached, your session will end automatically.
Set a limit on your total bet amount. Once you reach the specified amount, you won't be able to place any more bets.
Take a temporary break of 72 hours to 30 days. Your account will be automatically paused for the duration.
578bd will periodically remind you how long you've been playing.
To set limits, go to your account settings or contact the 578bd support team. Decreasing a limit is immediate, but increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period.
If you feel that betting is getting out of your control, use 578bd's self-exclusion feature. Once activated, your account will be completely suspended for a set period of time.
Choose from 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion — whatever works best for you.
Email support@578bd.biz or request self-exclusion via live chat. No explanation required.
Your account will be deactivated within 1 hour of your request. You will not be able to log in during the exclusion period.
Your balance will be preserved during exclusion. You can reactivate your account once the period ends.
Important: During self-exclusion, 578bd will not send you any promotional emails or offers. This decision takes real courage — and we stand by you.
